Yes, you can cancel your order for any reason, but it must be done within 30 minutes of placing it. To cancel, please email us immediately at contact@whitecobra.in. If more than 30 minutes have passed, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
Most orders placed before 10 AM are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. We will also send you an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
If you face any issues with your delivered item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please note that approved refunds are exclusively issued in the form of store credit or a coupon code.
Email our support team at contact@whitecobra.in within 3 days of receiving your order with your Order ID and size details. We will schedule a reverse pickup within 1-3 business days. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch your exchanged product within 2-3 days.
Currently, we do not ship outside of India. All our operations and deliveries are strictly within the country.
